Delivery & Returns

Thank you for shopping at Bonita Pro. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We want to empower people from all communities to find confidence and joy through better beauty routines.

Shipment Processing Time​

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Lost/Missing Packages

Bonita Pro is not liable if incorrect address is placed during the checkout process.  Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility. of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Bonita Pro to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

Tracking

All orders will be provided a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way. Once an order is on its way,  you will be sent a shipping conformation email containing your tracking number so you can keep an eye on the process.

Tracking information can take a few days to appear. If you don't see any tracking updates for see "tracking does not exist" please don't worry, it can take a few days for the system to update with the courier's information.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, Bonita Pro reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 

This return policy is intended to permit a customer to use a small amount of a product to establish if they are happy with the shade, we reserve the right to cancel any order that in our reasonable opinion demonstrates an abuse or ineligible use of this return policy.

My Item Is Faulty

If the item you received is faulty, please contact info.irisbeautystudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. 

I Received The Wrong Item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact info.irisbeautystudio@gmail.com quoting your order number, your name and address, and details of the product you received. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
